Pricing questions
Plan or one payment: which is cheaper?
For one move, pay once: the price follows your store size and starts at $24. A plan pays off when you migrate again and again, or move several stores.
What counts toward a plan’s limit?
Records per entity type in each 30 days, on monthly and yearly plans alike. On Starter you can move up to 1,000 products, 1,000 customers and 1,000 orders in the same 30 days.
How long does the launch price last?
For as long as you stay subscribed, if you start the plan by September 30, 2027.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, from the Plans page in the app. The plan keeps covering runs until the end of the period you cancelled in.
What counts as a record?
One product, variant, collection, customer, order, discount or review, and in CRM migrations one company, person, deal, task, call, meeting or note. The first 20 of each type are free.
Who handles payment?
Paddle, our merchant of record, for one-time migrations. Plans are billed by Shopify in the StoreCopy app.
