StoreCopy Migration for HubSpot · Setup guide

Move Odoo to HubSpot, with the whole CRM history

Companies, contacts, deals, leads, quotes, invoices and every task, call, meeting, note and email, copied from Odoo into HubSpot and linked the way they were. Moving an online store instead? Products, customers and orders come along too.

Free estimate · Free demo migration · You pay only for the full migration

Setup

From install to migrated data in six steps

Works with Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Square, PrestaShop, Magento and other platforms. Nothing is deleted in your source or in HubSpot.

  1. 1

    Install the app from HubSpot

Click Install on the StoreCopy Migration listing in the HubSpot App Marketplace and approve the permissions for your HubSpot account. A super admin, or a user with App Marketplace access, can install it.

  2. 2

    Land in the StoreCopy wizard

HubSpot sends you to storecopy.com already signed in, with your HubSpot account connected as the destination. No separate StoreCopy sign-up is needed.

  3. 3

    Connect your source

Pick where your data lives: Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Square, PrestaShop, Magento and more. Depending on the platform you install the StoreCopy app or paste an API key. StoreCopy only reads from the source.

  4. 4

    See the free estimate

StoreCopy counts every record in the source and what already exists in HubSpot, and shows the price of the full migration before you pay anything.

  5. 5

    Run the free demo migration

Copy up to 20 items per entity into HubSpot and check them there. If you don’t like the result, roll the demo back with one click. Orders, quotes and invoices are not part of the demo; they come with the full migration.

  6. 6

    Run the full migration

Pay once and migrate everything in one run. Progress shows in the wizard, and you can close the tab: the migration keeps running on our servers.

What arrives in HubSpot

Your records, linked the way they were

From Odoo

The full CRM, with associations between records kept:

  • Companies · with parent and subsidiary links
  • Contacts · matched by email, linked to their company
  • Deals · with their pipeline stages, amounts and line items
  • Leads · optional permission
  • Quotes · with line items; optional permission
  • Invoices · optional permission
  • Orders · HubSpot Orders with line items, linked to contacts and products; optional permission
  • Products · matched by SKU
  • Tasks, calls and meetings · linked to their contact, company or deal
  • Notes and logged emails · the chatter history, on the right record

From any online store

Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Square, PrestaShop, Magento and more:

  • Products · each variant becomes a HubSpot product with SKU, price and images; matched by SKU
  • Contacts · your customers, with name, email, phone and address; matched by email
  • Orders · as HubSpot Orders with their line items, associated to the contact and the products; optional permission

Optional permissions: orders, leads, quotes and invoices

HubSpot asks for these permissions separately, and not every HubSpot account offers them. If your account doesn't grant them, StoreCopy skips those entities and migrates everything else.

Records that already exist in HubSpot are linked, not duplicated: contacts by email, products by SKU. Fields HubSpot has no standard property for go into a “StoreCopy” property group.

Uninstall or disconnect

  1. In HubSpot, open Settings → Integrations → Connected apps.
  2. Find StoreCopy Migration and choose Uninstall.
  3. To disconnect a source too, use Disconnect in the StoreCopy wizard, or remove the StoreCopy app or API key on that platform.

Records already migrated stay in HubSpot. StoreCopy stops all access right away.

How your data is handled

  • HubSpot connects through OAuth: StoreCopy never sees your HubSpot password.
  • Access tokens and API keys are stored encrypted.
  • The source is only read; HubSpot only receives the records you migrate.
  • Details in our Privacy Policy and GDPR page.
