What counts toward the limit?
Records per entity type. On Starter you can move up to 1,000 products, 1,000 customers and 1,000 orders in each 30 days.
How long does the launch price last?
For as long as you stay subscribed, if you start the plan by September 30, 2027.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Plans page in the app. The plan keeps covering runs until the end of the period you cancelled in.
Which platforms can you add for me?
Growth and Scale include one platform we do not support yet, Pro includes two. Tell support which one you need.
