StoreCopy for Zoho CRM · Setup guide

Move HubSpot to Zoho CRM, with the whole CRM history

Companies, contacts, products, leads, deals, quotes, sales orders, invoices and every task, call, meeting and note, copied from HubSpot into Zoho CRM and linked the way they were. Also from Shopify and Odoo.

Free estimate · Free demo migration · You pay only for the full migration

Every Zoho data center: US, EU, IN, AU, JP, CA, SA, UAE, SG, UK

Leaving Zoho CRM for HubSpot? Connect Zoho CRM as the source: accounts, contacts, products, deals, quotes, sales orders, invoices and activities move to HubSpot. Zoho leads aren't moved (HubSpot needs a lead's contact or company).

Setup

From connecting Zoho to migrated data in six steps

Sources: HubSpot, Shopify, Odoo. Nothing is deleted in your source or in Zoho CRM.

  1. 1

    Connect Zoho CRM

Click Connect Zoho CRM, sign in to Zoho and approve the access for StoreCopy. The connection uses Zoho OAuth and works for every Zoho data center: US, EU, IN, AU, JP, CA, SA, UAE, SG and UK.

  2. 2

    Land in the StoreCopy wizard

Zoho sends you back to storecopy.com already signed in, with your Zoho CRM org connected as the destination. No separate StoreCopy sign-up is needed.

  3. 3

    Connect your source

Connect the account your data lives in, for example HubSpot. StoreCopy only reads from the source.

  4. 4

    See the free estimate

StoreCopy counts every record in the source and shows the price of the full migration before you pay anything.

  5. 5

    Run the free demo migration

Copy a sample of records into Zoho CRM and check them there before you decide.

  6. 6

    Run the full migration

Pay once and migrate everything in one run. Progress shows in the wizard, and you can close the tab: the migration keeps running on our servers.

What arrives in Zoho CRM

Your records, linked the way they were

From HubSpot

The full CRM, with links between records kept:

  • Companies · become Zoho Accounts
  • Contacts · become Zoho Contacts, linked to their account
  • Products · one Zoho product per variant
  • Leads · keep their company name
  • Deals · linked to their account and contacts
  • Quotes · with line items
  • Sales orders · with line and order discounts, so totals match the source
  • Invoices · with line items
  • Tasks, calls and meetings · on the right record
  • Notes · on the right record

Products and orders

How products with variants and discounted orders land in Zoho CRM:

  • One product per variant · Zoho CRM has no variants, so each variant becomes its own Zoho product
  • Variant details kept · options, barcode, compare-at price, weight, images and metafields go into “StoreCopy …” custom fields
  • Groupable again · StoreCopy creates those custom fields on the Products module, so variants of one product can be grouped back together
  • Discounts kept · line discounts and order discounts arrive with the sales order, and its total matches the source

Not migrated: logged emails and tickets

Zoho CRM has no module for logged emails, so emails from the source's activity history are not migrated. HubSpot tickets are not migrated either.

Records are created without workflow triggers, so the migration doesn't fire your Zoho CRM workflow rules or send emails from them.

Disconnect

  1. In your Zoho account settings, find the connected apps and remove StoreCopy.
  2. To disconnect a source too, use Disconnect in the StoreCopy wizard, or remove the StoreCopy app or API key on that platform.

Records already migrated stay in Zoho CRM. StoreCopy stops all access right away.

How your data is handled

  • Zoho CRM connects through OAuth: StoreCopy never sees your Zoho password.
  • Access tokens and API keys are stored encrypted.
  • The source is only read; Zoho CRM only receives the records you migrate.
  • Details in our Privacy Policy and GDPR page.
